Don't be sad. That house should have been torn down a LONG time ago. It was very poorly kept and literally on the verge of falling in on itself. No one could have occupied it the way it was for safety reasons. I'm glad the AKLs are getting a new house. I'm sure they will take good care of it. They have had a house off campus for the last several years that was always well kept.
