Actually, no, it's not dirty rushing. The member is offer her opinion, not the opinion of the chapter. If she had said:

"We really like you and want to see you as a sister."
or
"Don't worry, you'll get a bid from us."
or
"The whole chapter wants to know if you feel the same way about us as we do about you."

THAT is dirty rushing.
