OMG! I am so sorry. I didn't mean to offend anyone. I just call myself colored, not person of color, and when I first wrote this, it was for my memory book. I had to go and change everything to proper/hidden writing. I must have missed this, and of course its a big mistake. I truly am sorry!
I have a decent idea of your school, and find it hard to believe that a chapter was lacking in diversity, in your terms. Many people are bi or multi racial and may not express the classical racial features people use for a social construct. You may also not have met everyone, and there are lots of other factors to diversity that lie outside of skin pigment and melanin.
