celebration....sorta
HC two weeks ago I tried on all my clothes from high school
HC they fit
HC I jummped up and down for a looooong time
HC I then spent the next two weeks eating damn near everything I wouldn't let myself have in the last two months.
HC I have not been doing my cardio, just lifting
HC for the past two months I have been restricting my diet to 1550 cal/day, split into 5-6 meals per day
HC for the past two months I have been seriously kicking ass on the cardio- up to 40 minnutes onthe ellipses machine, and I can even run now!
HC last two weeks that went the hell out the window
HC ok so I gained three pounds back
HC I guess that means back on the diet, lol
HC this time when I get back to goal I will practive moderation- I will up the count to 1800 cals, but NO MORE WINGS, NO MORE FRIES, AND NO MORE PIZZA unless it fits in with my 1800.
HC nighttime revelry with my friends was my downfall
HC whenever I go out with them we eat
HC we can't eat salad, we gotta eat pizza, or Chinese, or Indian food (samosas....mmmm)
HC no longer!
HC I mean it this time!
