Good question. I would imagine BART is running. I'm listening to the news right now and not hearing anything about BART. There is no info on the BART website. The Glenview area is near Skyline and BART is on the other side of 280 and not really near all this. 101 traffic isn't bad actually. HWY 35 (Skyline) is the one that has a section closed off.
If you go to google maps, type in Glenview Drive, San Bruno, Ca. The area bordered by Sneath, San Bruno Ave W, and Skyline. That's the affected area.
