I'm bumping this because I think it's awesome. There were some houses I knew very little about so I went researching and learned some very cool things. For the girls who won't pledge that one house on campus, I wish they'd see that every NPC sorority is great as a whole and has so much great history and future opportunity. I also love the huge ovaries the founding women had to take on this task in a time when 1-women didn't go to college and 2-women didn't even have the right to VOTE. I think it's also cool that we have so many astronauts among us! I thought Alpha Xi was the only one, but I'm glad to share that honor now that I know.

Alpha Chi Omega – love the music theme
Alpha Delta Pi – a longtime childhood friend was an ADPi, and when she had some bad family crap going on, they were really there for her.
Alpha Epsilon Phi- the giraffe is so unusual and fun.
Alpha Gamma Delta – love the bright colors
Alpha Omicron Pi – love the simplicity of red, and that you can’t attach anything to your badge.
Alpha Phi – on my campus A Phi was “the house with the winding stair.” Cool old house
Alpha Sigma Alpha – I like how their national struggled early on but was open to advice from an outsider and was able to overcome difficulties to become who they are today.
Alpha Sigma Tau – I didn’t know ANYTHING about AST, but went searching. I love that you have a bunch of special pins for special people, and that you are headquartered in Indy where so many great sororities and fraternities call home.
Alpha Xi Delta – I love our secrets, TFJ and LIBOS. I love our quill, and our gold and true double blue. And I love the uniqueness of our Xi. Here’s what I wish we would change: go back to Al Fuzzy for our mascot (so what if he’s a boy? He’s still awesome!), call ourselves Fuzzies everywhere, and I really loved Choose Children.
Chi Omega – my oldest sister is a Chi O and she and her sisters introduced me to the concept of sisterhood in Greek life.
Delta Delta Delta – they were our neighbors and had flaming Deltas outside the house on Pref night. I heard they were maxi pads (burn slower). I never learned if it was true or not, but loved the story. Plus, Delta Delta Delta can I help ya help ya help ya?
Delta Gamma – love the anchor, and the organization just seemed very elegant.
Delta Phi Epsilon – I’m all about living your authentic self, so “to be rather than to seem to be” is right up my alley
Delta Zeta – at my school their house looked like a castle. Easily the 2nd prettiest house (after mine of course!)
Gamma Phi Beta – Gamma Phis at my school were the IT girls and yet still didn’t have a rep for being bitchy. Quite a feat! Plus I’m intrigued by the Arab symbols and letters in their badge.
Kappa Alpha Theta – Thetas always seemed so sophisticated.
Kappa Delta – I’ve always associated them with Old South charm and grace.
Kappa Kappa Gamma – Love the key (I’m sure the simplicity of our quill is like the key not by accident), and the Kappas at my school seemed like they were ALWAYS having fun
Phi Mu – vibrant is such a positive word!
Phi Sigma Sigma – I like that they were the first nonsectarian sorority.
Pi Beta Phi – Pi Baaata Phi for you Pi Beta Phi for me. That song was soooo catchy.
Sigma Delta Tau – this was the first traditionally Jewish sorority I was aware of. I appreciated that they offered girls a place to call home at a time when those girls wouldn’t have been welcomed elsewhere.
Sigma Kappabound by a promise is a great motto
Sigma Sigma Sigma – I love the symmetry.
Theta Phi Alpha – as a traveler, I love the compass on your pledge pin
Zeta Tau Alpha – love the crown. We should all live our inner princess.
