Based on ads in the campus newspaper here are some numbers for TCU:
Alpha Chi: 54
Delta Delta Delta: 52
ZTA: 49
Theta: 53 names listed, but reliable source (national officer) posted it as 55 in our forum. I will follow up with one of the TCU Theta advisors to clarify.
Pi Phi: 53
Gamma Phi: only picture, no names
I tried to count the new members by their shirts, but there are a few faces that do not have a shirt visable.
ADPi: listed elsewhere on GC as 50
The rest of the groups should have ads run sometime this week.
I had heard that quota was 55 from our national officer, but this seems questionable given the results above. I will confirm that, too, with friends who are on campus.
