WITH OUT YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER, SHIPPING INFO, AND WITH OUT A BRAND SPANKING NEW CATALOG, OR YOUR BILLING INVOICE. WAKE UP, AND REALIZE OUR MEMORY ISN'T ALL THAT GOOD. and YOUR COMPANY isnt' the only one we service. WHAT DO YOU THINK WE ARE mind readers, and we keep your isht, at the tip of our fingers. keep your damn invoices and you won't need to call me asking me about a .92 credit that we issued you months ago. YOU WORK IN THE ACCT DEPT, YOU FIGURE IT OUT. and when you are on hold, our message simply states, ASK FOR A NEW CATALOG, WE WILL BE GLAD TO SEND YOU ONE FOR FREE!!!!!! instead wasting my phone time 20 min to be exact because you don't have a new catalog, or the one you have is old and is missing pages, or you are so lazy, and think that just because you are talking to me, THAT I HAVE NOTHING ELSE TO DO BUT LOOK THROUGH MY CATALOG, AND TELL YOU WHAT IT IS YOU WANT TO ORDER. I HAVE OTHER CUSTOMERS that know what it is that they want. ANNNNNNND!!!!!!! when you use our ON LINE SERVICE, only YOU can place the order, AND!!!!! WE CAN NOT CHANGE IT, SO you calling and telling me that you DID NOT ORDER THOSE PRODUCTS, IS A LIE!!!!!!! AND YOU ARE NOT GETTING ANYTHING FREE. BECAUSE when you call and say you didn't order things but really did get them, and return them damaged, because YOU don't know how to open a box neatly, IT COSTS MY COMPANY MONEY, A COST INCREASE FOR OUR CLIENTS (because once again YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY CLIENT WE HAVE) A DECLINE IN MY CO-WORKERS AS WELL AS MINE in work hours, which LEADS to less money.
