Yes, because your sweethearts are sweethearts. Their organizational value is that you all recognize them nationally and haven't abandoned them as other frats abandoned theirs. With that context in mind, of course your sweethearts are tight with you nationally. When we talk about bonds, we are talking about sororities and fraternities and (regardless of the history, etc.) it is more about unconstitutional as compared to constitutional bonds. It's also worth noting that constitutional bond doesn't mean that all of the members like each other and hang together on every campus and in every city.
And I would say I also don't like Krappas. There are some things about the fraternal entity and the men that I have met over the years that have always annoyed me. My friend (who is a member) and I rarely discuss Greekdom despite the fact that he and I are both very active at the alumnae/alumni level.

That keeps my Krappa jokes to a minimum so we don't have to fight.
