Actually on some campuses the relationship is quite tight (whether I like it or not
) and please don't compare my org to an auxiliary.
The dynamics between two organizations on the same professional level (who aren't officially connected) vs. one that "guides/leads" and is the reason for the other will always be at times challenging.
