Ah.. that is "another whole kettle of fish" as my grandfather used to say!
The houses at Arkansas are maxed out in capacity and amenities in all aspects except for AOPi's beautiful new house that I am sure was built to accomodate large groups plus contains all of the wiring, plumbing,etc that is called for in the 21st century.
The age of the houses coupled with the growth of Greek life over the past 25 years has most of the chapters realizing that major chapter remodels/renovations/additions are on the horizon.
I would say we will see teardown/re-builds on this campus in the next 5 -10 years similar to what is happening on SMU's campus in Texas. I know the Kappas are seriously considering such a project.
