So this seems as good a thread as any to ask this question... I don't seem to have permission for gifs, or anything else attached to a post or signature. Is there something I can/should do to change this? When I looked in the FAQs it said go to CP, click on Pictures, etc. I don't have a Pictures link to click on. I want to play along!
