That sounds like a really small quota for UGA....so it's probably snap bids. That scenario happened to two girls from our HS a few years ago. Both had dropped out of rush after heavy cuts, did not attend pref round and were snapped the next day.
Sometimes the girls don't understand exactly what is going on......
