Finding information for fraternities and sororities in Canada can be as easy or as difficult as one makes it. You gave excellent advice my Canadian friend, too bad he didn't see it that way.
Simplest thing to do would use the Canadians Go-Greek website, go to the chapter's/ HQ's contact page and email the chapters stating you are interested in joining a fraternity. But I suppose that's too difficult
Didn't say it was the shortest process, but hey, it may get you an answer.
Just an FYI if any Canadians ever look at this thread for advice.
