This, along with a few others, is a piece of garbage! It DOES take a village to raise a child ! (A village = parents, grandparents, uncles, aunts, neighbors, etc.). Why does he think that parents take the time to find a good neighborhood, good schools, etc. for their children
But since this is coming from a comedian, I do take his opinions with a grain of salt.
