My fave when I was stressed beyond measure? First, I got a massage and vent about my day to my massage therapist (she obliged me and usually complained about her bf so I could focus on someone else for awhile). Then to the store to buy lavender-scented epsom salt, which she recommended to me. Then, what I called "grown woman time." This consisted of a bubble bath, candles, Chaka Khan and a glass of wine. Cell phone--off. The world--on hold. Let marinate as long as needed.
