Okay, it is supposed to be a spoof of the
Ninja website. Noone is really sure who came up with the Ninja website, or its purpose, but it is a joke among computer geeks, much like
Timecube. So this guy and his friends made their own sites featuring other groups (sorority girls, bums, etc.). It is really just meant as a harmless joke, and if you put it in context, it is just laughing at the absurdity of the internet and the fact that anyone can make a page about whatever they want.
