I used to have it, the customer service was excellent! They have easy incentive programs were you can free minutes by looking at ads on your phone, easy to do when you're waiting for class to start or sitting around bored. They had great ring tones and other stuff too. The coverage was okay, the only place I didn't get coverage was at my house, which was kind of a problem and why I switched. It was great service everywhere else though!
Plus now they have a BlackBerry with unlimited everything for like $60 a month. I really want a BlackBerry. I am probably going to switch back to them around Christmas time when i can afford to buy a $300 phone.
