I know you said that jokingly. But I'd say we should be open to whatever a 'new' user wants to do. The number of posts a person has does not mean they own more of GC than someone else.
Each one of these threads was probably slightly different because with the exception of a few people each thread carried a different set of viewpoints and therefore even though the name and topic were the same they were each individually different.
I don't wish this to be thought of as an attack. I'm merely suggesting that telling someone it was already discussed 2 months ago isn't a very valid reason for having them not discuss a certain topic.
Each person has their own unique views and experiences.
