lol my roommates and I last year all called the remote something different. We all also grew up in different parts of Michigan.
My roomie from Tawas says "
remo/remote," my roomie from Ortonville says "
clicker," my roommate from Bay City says "
buttons," and I (from Detroit) say "
turner."
Also, my friend from RI said ruff and rum. Funny. :P
