UA freshmen are required to live in dorms.
EDITED to add: So sorry, I skipped right over the sophomore part! I'd suggest a dorm, because you're right on campus where everything is happening and it's nice to meet other people that way.
Most sorority houses are full at that point, anyway. There MIGHT be an outside chance that you could move into a house, but I really,
really doubt it.
