Anywhere near a lake? My chapter's big "main" rush event was called Watersport Weekend.

A Weekend During the Summer (but you can do it whenever):
- Use a brothers lake house.
- Brothers with boats would bring them. Rent if needed (boat/jet ski).
- Bring beer and bbq for everyone.
- Invite as many incoming frosh as possible. They'd ride together, or catch rides with brothers from their area.
- We'd start talking it up with girls early and get them interested. Make a t-shirt & koozies, that always got them fired up.


By the end of the weekend the majority of our fall class would be completed.
