Also, in formal rush, every sorority is allowed to take quota, EVEN IF it puts them above total.
EX: Total is 150 - currently ABC has 130 members and DEF has 140 members. Quota is determined to be 20. DEF can still take 20 members, even though this puts them over the campus total of 150.
