Found the pledge ritual online.
The bad news is I found the Alpha Phi Omega pledge ritual on the web. The good news is that it is the Alpha Phi Omega Philippines version (which is interestingly different in some places) and it is an appendix in a different document and *that* document is password protected (though I was able to figure out the password from clues).
