If formal rush really was that much of a cluster because of the snow and quota was down, they might do a more structured informal rush. In that case there will still be schedules etc, just that rushees may not have to attend all events.
If it's just all COB parties for different groups may be held at the same time. In that case try and divide your time so you get to see all the groups.
