Ok...Darnit if I was in the middle of replying to this and AOL logged me off? GRRRR!!! Here goes again..
My proudest Moments in Delta:
Becoming a member of the greatest!! March 31, 2001. I am proud of our Illustrious Founders, our Dynamic Herstory, and our Sorors! It feels so good to find a Soror in any corner of the earth.
I am also honored to be a member of my chapter - Epsilon. I am honored to be in such company as Past President Marcia Fudge, who is currently the Mayor of Warrensville, Ohio, as well as all my Chapter Sorors who have been showing OSU the epitome of a black, proud, intelligent, caring woman since 1919.
No proud moment is not complete w/o mentioning my sands, 23LOD. We've been doing big things, and I'm proud of all of us. We're leaders in every facet of the OSU community, from student government, community service, academic affairs, to student organizations. We WILL continue to be the epitome of excellence here at OSU and in the community..
While I'm at it, let me give a shout out to the Epsilon Chapter Step Team for Continuing to hold it down for winning the NPHC Heritage Festival for the FOURTH (count 'em, fourth) time in a row.
I am also glad that I have gotten to know so many Sorors. As of today, I have 23 Sorors on my AIM buddylist, and that number will continue to grow.
I also love that I can pick a Soror out in a crowd...we have this something, an aura about us that I can detect almost instantly. Yes, sounds somewhat crazy but I've been able to tell someone was my Soror (and 10 times out of 11, she wasn't wearing nalia).
and Lastly, I love how excited neos are. Although I'm still a neo,

, some of the newness has worn off...ok I'm lying
But...the neos from PK come to mind...they are SOOOO EXCITED ABOUT EVERYTHING!!
I want to stay excited about Delta, even 30-40-50-60 plus years from now, when some of the 'newness' wears off.
Ok that was my 19.13 worth.
YID,
