Hi there. I'd suggest first sending a message to the Greek Life office at Berkeley to ensure that you are eligible for recruitment in the first place. I'm assuming you will be since you will be considered a "full time" student, but it's best to make sure.
If you are eligible, I'd be more than willing to talk to you more in regards to a reference letter for Delta Gamma. I live in Gloucestershire and would be happy to meet up for lunch or coffee (as long as you don't mind my 1.5 year old in tow!) if you are willing to travel.
