Go to the "schools where you absolutely positively need recs" thread and see if the school is listed there. If not, search using the name of the school, see if there are any students/alums from there and send them a PM and ask if you need recs etc.
The fact that the school organized something like this makes me believe that Greek life may be more competitive than you think.
