Not sure if anyone else has mentioned this already, but...
Jeri Ryan from Boston Public (and formerly of Star Trek Voyager) is an Alpha Phi from Northwestern.

Also, Maile from Eden's Crush (Popstars on WB) is an Alpha Phi from UCLA.
