During recruitment, the PNMs obviously have a set amount of time for each round.

For House Tours and Pref, things ran on a very tight schedule because buses were taking PNMs to and from the chapters on their schedules, so our parties had to run on time.

The PXs were stationed outside our houses to let us know when we had 5 minutes left, and again when the time was up and all PNMs needed to come outside.

So if House Tours parties were set at 45 minutes long, after 45 minutes, ALL PNMs HAD to be outside or the chapter would receive an infraction.

Every now and then, a PNM would be ready to line up and go outside after her last party at XYZ, and realize that she had to pee, or she left her sweater at the table where she was talking to someone. It always happened at the very last minute of the party.

If the PX knocked for us to send out the PNMs and one was in the restroom, that's an infraction. So it was like a sprint to get the sweater, or let the poor PNM use the restroom super quick before the time was up and PX came to get her girls (because if she checked her list and noticed that Patty PNM was still in our house after the party was over, we were in trouble).
