Reindeer is domesticated caribou, and I prefer the less gamey taste of the herded variety. I still wouldn't turn down fresh caribou though, nom nom. I'll make sure to think of you two when I'm eating it, want me to take a picture? It will likely be in jerky or sausage form.

I had a conversation with someone today and I never considered cheese, milk or butter from animals that aren't cows exotic, but I guess goat, sheep, buffalo and yak byproducts are for some people.
