We were "together" for about 1 year, 2 months when he popped the Q. I knew the day after I met him I would marry him, though.
We were engaged for about a year and a half. Long enough for me to graduate college and find a job.
We celebrate 7 years in September. It certainly hasn't been an easy road, but nothing worth doing ever is.
