You know, I saw JLo on Oprah also. When she came on to sing her new song, I thought the same thing, "Aw....she doesn't sound very good does she?" I too thought that a slow song may not have been a good choice to sing live. I feel bad for her.
In all, she seems to be a good entertainer as far as dance, looks etc.
Hey, I know this is so "three years ago" and everything, but this topic reminded me of the Spice Girls. I know a lot of people said that they were crap. One guy I know, who has done a lot of vocal training (he taught others), said that they weren't given enough credit. Now, I guess that one girl couldn't sing so well, but the others could. He said that people were more mad that they were huge, outlandish pop stars and that people unfairly picked on their singing abilities because of it.
I can't sing to save my life so I can't *really* comment on any of it!
