Eminent Supreme Archon - President/CEO
Eminent Supreme Deputy Archon - Vice President
Eminent Supreme Warden - Financial officer
Eminent Supreme Herald - duties as assigned by the ESA
Eminent Supreme Chronicler - duties as assigned by the ESA

Eminent Supreme Recorder - Executive Director/COO (not technically a member of the Supreme Council, but generally listed among the national officers)
At the chapter level, the following officers will appear in every chapter, but the composition of any given chapter's executive board will vary:

Eminent Recorder - Recording Secretary
