I understand your reaction but I believe that comment was tongue in cheek. In reality the national webmaster did not design or install the registration system. It was done by a firm contracted by the sorority. (And they aren't the same firm that did the conference registration.) But the sorors don't know that so the national webmaster has been the one getting the calls and emails about the problems. And staff has leaned on her to fix them. Since you are a webmaster I am sure you can understand how hard it would be to fix someone else's code especially if they were PAID to write it and you are NOT PAID to try and fix it. The bottom line is we bought some BAD code.
