I second this. It sounds like it's changed since I was there last (I'm sure I had a chimichanga - I wasn't limited to only fajitas or enchiladas). I still have an "Eat at Joe's" T-shirt.
In Atlanta, eat at Canoe (on the Chattahoochee).
