I love the local news in DC and will watch any of them, but my preference is:

NBC 4 after work (the team which brought you this clip: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TXZ0fWkAghA)

Fox 5 before work

Eyewitness News (CBS 9) at Noon if I am home
