Anytime I sneeze, I pee a little bit. Kegals are a myth, never helped. Allergy season SUCKS for me, I go through 5 pairs of undies a day.

One of the reasons I refuse to squeeze out another 10 lb baby (as my husband would like another). Two ruined my bladdar and pelvic floor as it is... I can't imagine what a third would do.

Not to mention I don't want to self-fullfill the prophesy of my sig line!
