If a PNM is already enrolled in college, does NPC/local PHC still ask for HS information? I thought they were only concerned with college info?

The form has it on there so PNMs feel like they must fill it in. But like AZ-Alpha Xi says, NPC organizations will go by the collegiate GPA if there is one.
