In Spokane last summer a group of us were driving across town and the traffic was backed up. The left highway lane was empty. We couldn't figure out what was up, no one was in the left lane, yet it wasn't blocked off ahead of us that we could see. So our driver got into the lane and proceeded to drive for TWO MILES until the lane was finally blocked and we had to get back in the right lane.

We still can't figure out why everyone hadn't just waited to merge at the block. Saved us time though lol.

You can usually tell the difference between asshole drivers and the legitimately lost.
