Right. The house is not new and everyone knows that "the greenest house is one that's already been constructed." I don't see too much of a big deal about this one--and I'm a LEED-accredited architect.

As long as he's not tearing down two historic homes to build a McMansion, I don't really care.
I will say, however, that GWB's home in Crawford is state-of-the-art in terms of the green technology it uses. Very impressive.
