2.) I've been where you were. I had a similar misunderstanding happen to me on Greek Chat. I'm part of the business sorority Gamma Phi Delta and was responding to a woman who expressed interest on Greek Chat when men from the Christian fraternity Gamma Phi Delta chimed in. It was inappropriate for them to do, but the posts can live on and on and on and come in searches with your name, your school's name and your sorority name. At a certain point you just have to let it go and embrace discretion.
3.) I don't see how you get any membership requests with that board as is. You do not want to have ALL your membership requirements on a public board. That's something you want to discuss with your prospective face-to-face, on the phone or via personal mail. I can only imagine what the other organizations on campus are saying about this. Discretion is so important to sorority life, chapter life and recruitment.
4.) You should also watch how you speak to others on Greek Chat. Interested women read your organization's post as "guests" so you have no idea how many people are or who is actually reading your posts. Having a clean (positive) online imagine is the first step in successful recruitment.
5.) Blaming your founder for your organizations mistakes only brings negativity, splits up your sisters into groups of: those who support you and those who support her and it takes away from the programs and missions you try to implement as a chapter. At a certain point, you have to take ownership for your mistakes, implement a new of dealing with things, and move forward.
I understand where you are coming from with the frustration of being the only one holding the whole organization together. However, alienating your sisters will bring forth the disbandment of your chapter. You have to know and believe in the mission and founding principles of the organization in order for it to work. If you need help with the Constitution, I suggest googling other organizations to see what they do. I don't think anyone on Greek Chat will post that.
By the way, you do have a cute crest!

I doubt there are interested women anywhere, let alone lurking on Greekchat.
Off to find the infamous business vs. Christian Gamma Phi Delta battle.
