Realize that you may not know the whole story since you are likely just hearing your Big sister's side. Having a sister disaffiliate from a chapter is not a light matter. What you think is a small issue is likely bigger than your friend is telling you. As others have said, she can research the appeals process for your organization. This would be outlined in your group's operating procedures, collegiate chapter manual or other similar document. Try looking on the organization's website on the sister side. In the end, you need to let her take care of her own problems and be her friend. Even if she is no longer your sorority sister, she can always remain your friend.
