Hey guys, I apologize for the empty thread on Rho Chapter. I am going to be pledging Fall semester 2010 at Sigma Nu Rho Chapter at University of Missouri-Columbia. I really like the guys there, and have already thought about ways to help improve the house once I get initiated. The house here has sooo much potential and I can't wait to try to be a part of building the house up. I think that the house has a lot of potential to become a top house on campus, and I think renovating would help, (obviously recruitment is more important.. but the house I feel like plays a factor into signing a house for many people). Just interested on how any of you started to get funding or how you went about to get your house renovated.

Getting a bid would be a good start.
