I attended UIFI on a scholarship from Tri Delta last summer. It was really intense, be prepared to examine your chapter very thoroughly. My advice is to SPEAK UP! In your individual chapters and during big group sessions. I know sometimes it feels like your personal chapter members don't always care what's going on in your chapter, but at UIFI you will be surrounded by men and woman who do, take advantage of that! You will get tons of new ideas from your peers.. write lots of things down so you remember them! If you want any other info you know how to find me on fbook
