Oh, yeah I forgot about that. Getting caught. Hmm...I doubt that.
Sex offenders never do the time that they should..LIFE.
Plus it's getting too expensive to keep all of the inmates in prison. I say keep them all there, but kill off the ones who have hurt other innocent people.
