Please remember what it was like to be a collegian. You're afraid sometimes of approaching the person directly for fear the situation will get worse. I have the feeling that even if this GA read this whole thread, she'd have NO CLUE it was her anyway. People like that are rarely very self-aware. If her boss sees it and calls her on it, cool beans. It doesn't sound like the collegians approaching her on their own would make a dent.
