So I guess I should being by saying i'm specifically talking about where I am, obviously the law might be different where this girl is at.
With that said, assuming this guy is no older than 18, it wouldn't be considered statutory rape. For it to be considered statutory, the age difference has to be
over 3 years. Their age difference isn't enough to consider it statutory.
