I know I say this every year: UIFI is one of the best experiences I had in Greek Life as an undergraduate. It is a GREAT session for students who are looking to expand their leadership experiences and their thought process concerning membership in a Greek letter organization.
It can be very intense, and you may talk about some heavy subjects, but it's all presented in a really interesting way. You will connect to what your leads and small group facilitators are saying. Another perk of attending UIFI is meeting other students from across the country that are also interested in making an impact on their community, whether it's large or small, traditional or commuter, etc.
I attended in '07 and interned in '08, and it was really awesome both times. I still talk to some of the students that I met both summers! Have fun and good luck! PM me if you have any more questions.
