It sounds like your family does an awesome job DZRose (i'm hungary thinking about it)!!! I just meant that in the vast majority of the country, people (like your boyfriend) don't understand true barbeque. As long as it takes hours and doesn't use a grill, then your well off and you know the RIGHT way to do things.

Glad we got things straight, Betarulz! By the way, the church down the road from my office held their quarterly barbeque fundraiser this past weekend. They had the pit set up on Thursday morning. Unfortunately, my bf doesn't like barbecue so he wouldn't take me there for lunch Friday afternoon.

All I have to say about that is: if he ever gets around to putting that diamond on my finger, he's going to hate our rehearsal dinner.
